The
Leadership Pipeline: How to Build the
Leadership Powered Company, by Ram
Charan, noted
strategist and management thinker, has
written a book with two collaborators on how to manage your
leadership pipeline. The main
advantage of this book is the ideas that it
introduces, that there are certain passages
you have to go through to develop as a
manager. If you don't let go of certain
things as you move up, you are destined to
be a weak manager. You can find the book at
Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Leadership-Pipeline-Build-Powered-Company/dp/0787951722
There is also an article
written by them - much truncated, and
without the examples and
illustrations. It is very dense and
only outlines the basic idea. To get
that article, click
here.

The
Harvard Business Review now has a podcast.
They read through one of the articles and
give an executive summary of others.

Peak
Potentials and the Millionaire Mind
I have participated in a
few of their programs and they do seem to
have good access to education about money
and the way we think about money; earning,
donating, saving, etc. |

Mind
Tools This is an interesting set
up. They have a book you can buy,
which is very good, but there are lots of
newsletters you can get access to right on
their website |
