Managing Change
Change, a word that strikes terror in the
heart of the most seasoned of executives. Changing
your organization has come to be known as the
toughest job for anyone in any company.
Does it have to be horrible? No. But it isn't
easy. And if you take the right action, include
the right people, have a compelling enough
vision and address the right processes, it
can work.
This advice belongs
in the "buy low,
sell high" category of advice. Conceptually,
it makes sense, but the trick is knowing who
the right people are, which are the right processes,
what is the right vision and which ones are
the right processes. This is not so easy
