Afterburners Seminars, Inc. This company is comprised principally of a group of fighter pilots, some on active duty, some reserve duty and some retired, who work with organizations to implement a common planning model. This model is something that is used in the military in planning missions and sorties. They have two great scenarios that will train your organization to plan and coordinate projects and other daily missions. The best thing about their model is "debriefing," a practice that reveals what worked and didn't work about any given 'mission'.
